
Alexander County’s Summer Concert Series – The Extraordinaires
Alexander County will host The Extraordinaires on Saturday, September 30, with the fourth installment of the Summer Concert Series! The Extraordinaires will perform at 6:30 p.m. on the Rotary Performance Stage at Alexander County Courthouse Park.
The Extraordinaires formed in the spring of 2003 from a group of guys who love The Classics/Rhythm & Blues, The Extraordinaires have put together a unique blend of music that is sure to get people out of their seats and on the dance floor. From the powerful kickin’ horns to the smooth lead vocals, The Extraordinaires have a “Pure Live” sound like no other that will keep you coming back. Based out of the Hickory/Charlotte area, they’ve played from Oklahoma to Washington to Florida and all points in between. Private parties, Festivals, Corporate Events, and more they are pure entertainers that will keep the dance floor full!
The concert are free and open to the public, courtesy of Alexander County Government. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the show. Food trucks will be on-site for the concert. No dogs, coolers, or tents are allowed. All park rules and regulations apply.
