Hickory – Carolina Moonlighter President Lee DeArmond announced that the barbershop chorus will present a show titled “Tuneful Travels; A Musical Road Trip Along Historic Route 66” on Saturday, July 14 at 7pm. “Join the Moonlighters for the classic American road trip from Chicago to LA as we enjoy songs of the open road and traditional Americana” said Moonlighter Director Dennis Kimbleton.
The show will be held in the Arts Center Auditorium on the SALT Block in Hickory. Admission is free, though donations will be accepted. No tickets are necessary.
Joining the Moonlighters will be Carolinas District Champion quartet Technically Sound.

The Moonlighters sing a cappella in the barbershop style. Rehearsals are held Thursday evenings at 7pm in the Arts Center Annex on the SALT Block. Men who enjoy singing are always welcome to attend.
