Catawba County, NC – Mark your calendars! On Saturday, November 11th, from 5 to 9 p.m., something incredible is happening at Hart Square in Vale, and you won’t want to miss it! It’s the Share the Harvest Benefit! Come ready to eat, fellowship and dance, all for an amazing cause! For over 54 years, Eastern Catawba Cooperative Christian Ministry (ECCCM) (pronounced E – TRI – SEE – EM) has been a long-standing source of assistance for those in our community facing a crisis.
Share the Harvest is an event where our community comes together to make a real difference. This benefit night is held in support of the people impacted by ECCCM’s efforts to assist those in need; and let me tell you, the impact is astounding! In 2022, ECCCM saw a staggering 45% increase in total assistance services provided, and their food pantry distributed a whopping 1.7 million pounds of food. In August of this year, this organization expanded its service to include all of Catawba County, so now their need is greater than ever.
Share the Harvest Tickets are only $30 per person, and that covers a meal from Boxcar Grille and live music from Euphoria. Throughout the evening, you will have the chance to hear and learn about this organization’s present needs and connect with others who are passionate about serving. You will also hear from those involved as they share stories of impact and the joy they have seen carried throughout our community.
This year’s Share the Harvest is proudly sponsored by many local businesses, and we are grateful to Trans Solutions LLC, a local regional dedicated provider of transportation services, for being this year’s presenting sponsor. We look forward to seeing you on this unforgettable night of unity and compassion. Together, we can Share the Harvest, and together, we can make a difference!
The last day to purchase tickets is Nov. 1st, so, let’s make it a date for November 11th at Hart Square! Visit ecccm.org or call 828-465-1702 to purchase your tickets and find ways to get involved in this great organization.
