Hudson, NC – The Town of Hudson and HUB Station will present the delightful comedy, “The Last Romance” for one weekend only, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th. The Sunday performance is a matinee.
“The Last Romance” is an acclaimed comedy, set in a park in Hoboken, New Jersey. Ralph Bellini is a widower who, on a whim, changes the routine of his daily walk and wanders into a dog park where he discovers Carol. A romance begins to kindle, despite the opposition of Ralph’s lonely, protective and embittered sister, Rose. “The Last Romance” shows us it is never too late for love and we find it when and where we least expect it. The three featured performers are Keith Smith as Ralph Bellini, Cathy Stallings as Carol Reynolds and Anne Wepner as Rose Tagliatella.
Tickets go on sale on Tuesday, May 21st at 10:00 AM. The first two nights, Thursday and Friday, will be non dinner shows, with the Saturday night and Sunday matinee performances offering a meal.
