Hickory – There will be a Smart DriverTEK workshop at the West Hickory Senior Center (400 17th St SW, Hickory 28602) on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 2:00 PM. Developed jointly by AARP Driver Safety and The Hartford, this FREE 90-minute workshop offers a dynamic environment to learn how new, high-tech features in cars today can help make driving safer and easier. Attendees will leave with a vehicle technology checklist, which will offer guidance on desired technologies when shopping for a new car, or what features may already be in their car.
