Newton, NC The Green Room Community Theatre’s production of The Lightning Thief brings the Percy Jackson Series to life beginning on February 2, 2024. This dynamic musical adaptation of Rick Riordan’s bestselling book opened on Broadway in 2019.
When teenager Percy Jackson discovers he’s a demigod, he and his friends embark on an epic journey to find Zeus’ missing lightning bolt and prevent a war among the gods. You are invited to join in on the adventures of the young hero in the our musical production of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical.
This musical is Directed by Grace Bollinger, Musically Directed by Pam Farnsworth, and Choreographed by Jana Sales. The show is produced by AgSouth Farm Credit, Lee Industries, and OmniStar Financial Group
Performances are scheduled for February 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11. On Friday and Saturday, the performances will be at 7:30pm. On Sunday, the performances will be at 3:00pm.
