Hudson, NC – The fourth annual Hudson Festival of the Arts will be held August 16 and 17 at the HUB Station in Hudson. Registration is available online on the Hudson Festival of the Arts Facebook page or by calling 828 726-8871, or going by the HUB Station located at 145 Cedar Valley Road in Hudson. Booth registration closes July 19th.
Artists booths are available throughout the Arts Center and on the HUB Station lawn. Artists will be able to set up booths inside the art center during the day Friday or Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. Registration is available to artists throughout the region.
The Wine Cellar, new to the festival this year, will open at 10:00 a.m. Several wineries will be on hand as well as food and music inside the cellar.
The festival will open on Friday, August 16 in downtown Hudson. Art will be on display in downtown businesses and on Central Street. A cruise-in will be held on central street beginning at 5 PM followed by a concert in beautiful Windmill Park at 7. Food and beverages will be available.
Vendor booths will open Saturday the 17th from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The festival will feature artists, musicians, food trucks and wine. A Contra Dance, which will be held in the auditorium that night from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., will close out the festival.
