Hickory – Tami Fox with The Temple Team-Keller Williams and PACE@Home are hosting a giving back event Blood Drive & Food Drive event on Friday, February 12, 10am – 4pm at PACE, located at 1915 Fairgrove Church Rd SE, Newton, NC 28658.
Bam’s Sandwich Shop Food Truck will be there from 11:00am-3:00pm.
One Blood will be at our office on February 12th for blood drive.

The event will also be collecting food donations for the pantry at PACE. This pantry supports our participants that aren’t able to come to the center due to COVID restrictions. Here is the list of needed items:
Dry beans (any kind)
Rice, grits or other dry grains
Noodles
Low-Fat Bisquick to make bread items
Dry powdered milk, shelf-stable boxed almond milk (unflavored)
Canned/foil packed chicken or tuna
Crackers
Low sodium broths
Low sodium canned vegetables
Low sodium canned soups with meat (chicken or beef)
Low sugar/juice packed, canned or cups of low-citrus fruits
Peanut butter
Instant Oatmeal
Cereal/Granola Bars
