Hickory – March is Women’s History Month and Patrick Beaver Memorial Library is celebrating with an inspiring performance by Bright Star Theatre on Saturday, March 17th at 11:00 a.m. This nationally acclaimed children’s theatre company will present We Can Do It! American Women in History, an exploration of the lives and work of some notable American women. From Amelia Earhart and Laura Ingalls Wilder to Sacajawea and Susan B. Anthony, this play celebrates the courageous women who have helped shape our country. The whole family is sure to enjoy this enlightening and entertaining production.
