Hickory – Visual artists in the area are invited to enter their art August 1 and 2. There will be $275 in awards. Our juror and judge is Deborah Jones, Executive Director of the Burke Arts Council in Morganton.
The theme is anything to do with the animal kingdom, meaning all living creatures except humans.
All art must to be the original work of the submitting artist.
Artwork should be hand delivered to 42-B Third St. NW, Hickory (next door to McGuire’s Pub) on Friday, August 1 between 11am and 5pm and Saturday August 2, between 10am and 2pm.
