“Carson’s music is an invigorating mix of Americana and country with pop elements. At the age of sixteen, Carson released her first singles, “Under The Skin” and “Staying Low,” produced by founding member of Blind Melon, Brad Smith. The official music video for “Under The Skin” featured Carson’s friends and family, and her meaningful lyrics and positive message of self-love and inner beauty caught the attention of many. As the video started trending, it was featured on people.com and has gained over twenty thousand views” (From carsonhillmusic.com)
