Hickory – Aquatics for Seniors is held at Lenoir-Rhyne University Pool. The classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. Classes offer 
stretching, low-impact aerobics for flexibility, some low-key cardio, and a great opportunity for fellowship! Participants must be 50 years old or older.
