Come “Move it, Move it” With CBTC, At The Old Rock, April 6 -14

Valdese, NC- Carolina Broadway Theatre Company (CBTC) proudly presents the wild musical romp, Madagascar, Jr. , April 6, 7, 13, and 14 at the Old Rock School Theater.

Come “Move it, Move it” with us as Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, Gloria the Hippo and, of course, those uproariously plotting penguins enter our stage in the musical adventure of Madagascar, Jr.Not content to live in blissful captivity, Marty lets her curiosity takeover as she makes her escape to explore the world. Her friends and some unusual penguins will not be left behind as they all embark on an unforgettable voyage.

Based on the Dreamworks Animation Motion Picture. Book by Kevin Del Aguila. Original music and lyrics by George Noriega & Joel Someillan. Directed and choreographed by Lesia Kaye, this CBTC production showcases over 40 local performers between the ages of 6 and 13.

Performance dates and showtimes: Saturdays, April 6 and 13 at 7:00 pm and Sundays, April 7 and 14 at 3:00 pm at the Old Rock School Theater in Valdese.
