Hickory – Catawba Valley Community College’s Chorus and Ensemble groups will perform several concerts this holiday season.
On Sun., Dec. 2, at 7pm, the Ensembles will join the Hudson/South Caldwell Alumni Chorus for a performance of Handel’s Messiah at St Luke’s Methodist Church. The church is located at 52 16th Ave NW in Hickory.
On Sunday, Dec. 9, at 10:30am, the CVCC Ensembles will join Hickory High School Ensembles, First Baptist Church (Hickory) Choir and full orchestra in a performance of John Rutter’s “Gloria.” The performance will take place at First Baptist Church of Hickory located at 339 2nd Ave. NW in Hickory.
