Hickory – The Catawba Valley Community College (CVCC) Small Business Center will present a free seminar, “How to Start a Business,” on Tuesday October 30 from 4pm to 5:30pm at CVCC’s Corporate Development Center in Hickory.
This seminar helps participants assess their skill set, assess business feasibility, and consider the legal structure options and requirements for their business idea. The workshop covers many facets of the business start-up including developing a business plan, and the session provides information on the various resources available to assist with starting a business. There is no charge to attend this seminar, but pre-registration is required.
