Hickory Ultimate Frisbee – Does the sight of a Frisbee flying through the air send you into convulsions of the sheerest delight? Or, perhaps, are you interested in meeting some nice people and getting a little exercise? In either case, we have you covered! We meet to play every Sunday afternoon at the fields of the Hickory YMCA. If you are new to the game, we’ll teach you. City Of Hickory Offers Aquatics For Senior Citizens – Aquatics for Seniors is held at Lenoir-Rhyne University Pool. The classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. Classes offer stretching, low-impact aerobics for flexibility, some low-key cardio, and a great opportunity for fellowship!
