Hickory – Full Circle Arts is filled with color this month. The organization is opening a new exhibition, “Colors of Autumn”, Thursday, October 26, with a reception 6:00 to 8:00pm. The public is invited.
The theme of the show is colors for the autumn season. More than 20 artists have entered their art, both representational and non-objective. The judge is Gabe Wilson, Curator for Exhibitions & Collections at Blowing Rock Art & History Museum (BRAHM). Each prize is accompanied by a medal created by FCA member Chris Parsons. Winners will be announced at the reception. Colors of Autumn will be on display October 26 through December 2.
At the same time, there will be a showing of Tiny Art by students in the area.
