Hickory – Full Circle Arts presents an exhibition & competition of photographic art “My Personal Inspiration.” The opening reception is Thursday, August 1, 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The show includes a wide variety of almost 40 images.
The judges were Sally Fanjoy and James Labrenz, well-known visual and conceptual artists who have lived and created in Hickory for many years. Winners will be announced at the reception.
The judges will also display their own work, along with that of Melissa Gibson, in Full Circle Arts’ Brick Gallery. Both shows continue to August 31.
FCA is a non-profit artists’ cooperative located in downtown Hickory, 42-B Third Street NW. Hours currently are Friday, 11:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday, 10:00am to 2:00pm.
