Hickory – Full Circle Arts is inviting all artists in the area to enter their work in its next competition, Chasing Shadows, which will be on display October 31 – November 30. Artists should bring their work to Full Circle Arts, 42-B Third Street NW in downtown Hickory Friday, October 18, 11am – 5pm, or Saturday, October 19, 10am-2pm.
The theme is about shadows. Each artwork must incorporate shadow(s) or cast a shadow within the image. Full Circle Arts looks for variety of media in all its exhibitions.
There are $600 in awards, plus honorable mention ribbons and people’s choice certificate. The show may be juried, depending on space available. Our judge is to be determined. Stay tuned.
All art is expected to be the original work of the submitting artist.
