Hickory – North Carolina has two legal documents called Advance Directives that allow you to express your wishes for future health care and help guide decisions about that care.
Julie Packer, with Catawba Regional Hospice, will be at the West Hickory Senior Center on Thursday afternoons to discuss the advance care planning/advance directives and/or assist you in completing these documents. Forms are provided.
