Hickory – Hickory FC has enjoyed a tremendous start to the club’s inaugural season! After 5 games Hickory FC is 4-1 and playing like a team well beyond their first year of existence. Average attendance at the first two home games, even with the rain, has been over 1,600! In addition to in person attendance, Hickory FC has averaged over 1,200 views on their live YouTube stream for each home game thus far! Incredible numbers! This type of fan support has created a special atmosphere and true home-field advantage!
Hickory FC has started off conference play 3-0, leading us to the top of the conference standings. With wins over Apotheos FC, Greenville United, and the Charlottetowne Hops, Hickory FC is in great position the remainder of the season. Hickory FC, Appalachian FC, and the Charlottetowne Hops will be battling it out for the Moonshine Cup during the 2024 season! Hickory FC is currently sitting at 1-1 in the standings for the Moonshine Cup but will get to host the Charlottetowne Hops and Appalachian FC on June 19 and June 22. Make sure to mark your calendars for June 19 and June 22 so Hickory FC can bring the Moonshine Cup to Hickory! Kickoff for both games will be at 7 pm EST.
