Hickory – The popular drama I and You, currently on stage in the Firemen’s Kitchen at the Hickory Community Theatre, has its final four performances this weekend, beginning Thursday night at 7:30pm.
This two character play about two high school students stars Cassidy Pruitt as Caroline and Marcus Phillips as Anthony. Caroline is home-bound due to a serious illness and Anthony arrives unexpectedly to bring over a school assignment. Over the course of this crafty and witty drama they discover things about each other and themselves, including a special connection that brings them together.
Performances are Thursday, Jan 24 at 7:30pm, Friday and Saturday, Jan 25 and 26 at 8pm, and Sunday, Jan 27 at 2:30pm. Tickets for Thursday night are $14 for adults and $10 for students and youth 18 and under. Tickets for Friday through Sunday are $18 for adults, $16 for seniors (60 and over), and $10 for students and youth 18 and under.
