Hickory – The Hickory Area Ministers and the Greater Hickory Ministerial Alliance will host weekly Lenten lunch worship services from 12:00pm – 1:00pm that began March 5th and running through April 9th, 2025. Each service lasts 30 minutes followed by time for a light lunch and fellowship with those who attend. The first three services will be at Peace United Church of Christ, at 2230 29th Ave Dr. NE in Hickory 28601 March 5 – 19, 2025 with speakers.

April 2 – Rev. Vern Kinard, Pastor, Bethlehem Lutheran Church
April 9 – Rev. Hannah Noim, Associate Pastor, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church
