Hickory – The library is partnering with the Schiele Museum to learn about gem mining! Using a running water sluice, kids ages 6 and up will learn and use identification and sorting techniques to find, 
examine, and classify minerals. Treasure seekers may keep the gemstones they find.
Join us on this adventure at Schiele Museum Gem Mining, Friday, July 22nd at 10 and 11am.!
