Taylorsville, NC – The Hiddenite Arts & Heritage Center is thrilled to present the N-Spire band from Statesville, NC as the headliner for this year’s Juneteenth Celebration. This FREE concert will be rain or shine and will take place at 7pm at the Alexander County Courthouse Park located at 101 W. Main Avenue, Taylorsville, NC.

Led by Alexander County Native Fredrick Morrison, N-SPIRE BAND has a rich history of transformation through the years. It started with multiple musicians working with other famous musicians, which fanned the flame of Freddie Morrison to create something magical. N-Spire has transformed from an all male gospel group, to an all male jazz group, to an all male with one female multi-genre group, to what you see today. The president and CEO of N-Spire Freddie Morrison’s experience traveling and working with a plethora of famous musicians all over America, n-spired him to continue the music.

Musicians in the N-Spire Band include Freddie Morrison (Lead Bassist, Lead & Background Singer) Brandon Carr (drummer), Nickey Mott (Lead & Background Vocalist), India McWhorter (Saxophonist, Lead, & Background vocalist), Duane Smith (Pianist, Lead, & Background Vocalist, Mitchell Huntley (Guitarist), and Keenen Gillespie (Keyboards). With different backgrounds that pioneered the way for this powerful group of 5+, N-Spire has hit the stage with a love for music and energy out of this world. It is said you have to be there to experience it. N-spire’s music includes R&B, Jazz, Funk, Pop, Old School, Go-Go, and more.

Make plans to be “n-spired” at the Juneteenth Celebration on June 15th at 7pm. For more information about N-Spire, visit their website n-spirebandstatesville.com, visit hiddenitearts.org or call 828-632-6966.
