 The Equalizer 3 – Denzel Washington returns as retired US Marine Robert McCall in the third film based on the late 1980s TV series. This entry concerns itself with McCall’s discovery that friends in Italy are being terrorized by members of a Gang, a situation which McCall will certainly bring to an end.

The Princess Bride (1987) The perennial 80s favorite makes its way to 4K in a new edition that retains previous extras, along with the new transfer, which includes commentaries, interviews and featurettes.

Paramount:

Sleepy Hollow (1999) Washington Irving’s terror tale, as adapted by Tim Burton and starring Johnny Depp, gets a 4K makeover this week in a new edition from the label. No extras on this one.

It Takes Two (1988) In this comedy, a naive man quits his job to marry his beloved and buys a car that turns out to be a piece of junk, leading him on a quest to retrieve his previous car.

Double Trouble (1992) Two twins attempt to bust an international jewel smuggling ring in this comedy.

The First Time (1969) Three teenage pals meet the woman of their dreams, whom they are convinced is a prostitute, in this coming-of-age tale. Jacqueline Bissett stars.

The YouTube Effect (2022) Alex Winter’s new documentary is a provocative look at YouTube and its effect on contemporary culture. Extras include a Q & A.

My Demon Lover (1987) Scott Valentine is a struggling musician who becomes a demon when sexually aroused in this cult favorite which includes some new extra materials.

Night of the Comet (1984) Two valley girls are the only survivors of a comet collision with Earth in yet another ‘80s cult classic getting a 4K upgrade from the label. No new extras but previous bonus material has been retained.

Synapse:

Black Circle (2022) Two sisters fall under the mysterious spell of a possessed vinyl record from the seventies in this new horror entry from Adrian Garcia Bogliano. Bonus materials include soundtrack, commentary and interview.

Sony:

Spider-Man: Across the Spider Verse (2023) The second animated Spider-Man theatrical film makes its way to Blu-ray and 4K and comes with some bonus materials as well.

Arrow:

Borsalino (197) Jean Paul Belmondo and Alain Delon are crooks who team up to make their way to the top of the gangster world in the precursor to The Godfather directed by Jacques Deray. Extras include a trailer, featurette and a new commentary.

Universal:

Doris Day and Rock Hudson: Romantic Comedy Collection (1959-64) is a new Blu Ray Set from the label that includes the following comedies starring the famous duo; Pillow Talk, Lover Come Back and Send Me No Flowers. Previously issued bonus material has been retained.
