Lenoir, NC – The Caldwell Arts Council invites sculptors to enter up to 3 works at their 36th Annual Sculpture Celebration. The competition is scheduled from 9am-4pm on Saturday, September
10, 2022 at the Broyhill Walking Park in Lenoir, North Carolina. The event will be judged by John D. Powers and offers $11,000 in cash awards along with potential sales and commissions. In addition, large-scale works can be entered for a second exhibition and sales opportunity at the Western NC Sculpture Center & Park.
Pre-registration is $80 with a deadline of September 7, 2022. No on-site registration will be held this year.
The annual family-friendly event attracts sculptors, buyers, and art fans from the eastern United States, with previous attendance as high as 4,000 people.
