Hickory – A Lenten Yoga Series for Seniors is coming to the West Hickory Senior Center. Instructor Gia Maxson will lead yoga on Mondays at 11:00 am from March 7 through April 11.
The West Hickory Senior Center is located at 400 17th St. SW, Hickory. Students can come to one or all classes. There is a $5 suggested donation for each class. Contact the Council on Aging to register to attend at 828-328-2269.
