Hudson, NC – The Town of Hudson announces its spring dinner theatre production, The Miracle Worker. The cast and crew are set, and rehearsals are underway. The classic play will be presented at the Hudson Uptown Building Auditorium on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, March 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th and 30th at 7:30 PM nightly. Preceding the show will be dinner at 6:30 PM, catered by Dan’l Boone Inn
The Miracle Worker tells the story of vision challenged Annie Sullivan coming to teach young Helen Keller how to communicate, despite being deaf and blind. They eventually become great friends. The show is set in the 1880s in Alabama and the script is remarkably true to real life events.
Tickets are on sale now. There are 3 ways to purchase tickets: (1) call the HUB Station Box Office at (828) 726-8871, (2) go by the box office at 145 Cedar Valley Road on Tuesdays or Thursdays, from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM, or most conveniently, go on the HUB Station or Town of Hudson website and follow the link to tix.com. Tickets are $37 for dinner and the show, $19 for the show only.
