Hickory – Hickory Music Factory is excited to announce a new holiday concert, “Joy to the World”- A Holiday Journey Around The Globe on December 7th, at 10am, 2pm, and 7pm at the Drendel Auditorium in Hickory, NC. Featuring select students, faculty, and relevant world musicians in the Hickory community, the Hickory Music Factory will present three performances of holiday music representing cultures from all over the world. We invite Hickory to celebrate this time of renewal and return to light with guests from Zimbabwe, Southeast Asia, Italy, Guatemala sharing the musical traditions of God Yule, Kismusi, Christmas, Hanukkah, Laˇ hu Hk’aw and many more! “Joy to the World” will be presented on December 7th, at the Drendel Auditorium.
