Hickory – Hickory Church of Christ is having a Trunk or Treat, Sunday, October 30, 2022, 5:30pm – 6:30pm in its front parking lot. Everyone is invited to come out for candy treats in a safe, family-focused, God-honoring environment.
Hickory Church of Christ is made of disciples of Christ striving to connect others to the power of God. These disciples are imperfect, while learning to love more perfectly. The church hosts engaging weekly 9:30am Sunday Bible Classes for infants through adults and Sunday worship assembly and Kingdom Kids’ worship at 10:30am. Personal and group Bible study, service and fellowship opportunities are available throughout each week.
Hickory Church of Christ has served Catawba County and the local area for over 75 years. The church food pantry is open on the 1st and 3rd Mondays at 4:30pm. Parents’ Night Out events are held throughout the year, for kids ages 0-16 years old. Young Adult Bible study is held on Wednesdays in the church “Hut” or at a local coffee shop and the church conducts a weekly Bible study at Lenoir-Rhyne University on Thursday evenings.
