Wilkesboro, NC – The wait is finally over! This Saturday, April 7th, at 10am the gates will open for the 2018 racing season at Wilkesboro Dragway.
For over six decades Wilkesboro Dragway has been known as the high country’s center for speed and family fun.
Along with the points series and bracket racing, we will have special events like IHRA Summit Sportsman Spectacular Race, The Race Against Cancer, The Classic Gear Jammers, The 4.90 Outlaws, Backyard Big Money races and much more. The 2018 racing season looks to uphold all of the traditions that Wilkesboro Dragway has been known for, and remember, as always, your ticket is also a pit pass!
This week things started off with a bang with the first points race for the stars and cars of the Wilkesboro Dragway points series, along with the fans favorite touring division, The Classic Gear Jammers.
