Granite Falls, NC – Join us every Monday evening at 7pm for a 45-minute session of yoga and qigong. This restorative yet energizing mixture is designed for all ages and body types. No experience or special props are required. Free Will Offering donation is gratefully accepted as payment with 100% funding area mission projects. Class is led by Ellen Crider (E-RYT-500) and hosted by Amazing Grace Lutheran Church located at 4648 Grace Chapel Road in Granite Falls.
