Hickory – Catawba Science Center is turning 50 this year, and we are hosting a block party to celebrate 50 years dedicated to science, fun, and discovery on September 27, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the SALT Block. Join us for a fun-filled day of exhibit exploration and science activities for all ages. Enjoy FREE activities outside on the lawn, including local food trucks, a bounce castle, a beer tent, animal encounters, and live science demonstrations!
