Newton, NC – The Green Room Community Theatre is excited to announce the cast for its upcoming production of Jack and the Beanstalk, a magical family-friendly show that brings the classic fairy tale to life with humor, heart, and a touch of mischief.
Directed by John David Brown III and stage managed by Sarah Kate Pedraza, Jack and the Beanstalk tells the timeless story of young Jack, who trades his beloved cow for a handful of “magic” beans, only to find himself climbing a beanstalk to a world of giants, treasures, and unexpected adventures. This lively production is full of music, laughter, and surprises for audiences of all ages.
Performances are scheduled for January 23, 24, 25, 30, 31, and February 1. Friday and Saturday shows begin at 7:30 p.m., with Sunday matinees at 3 p.m.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on January 9. They will be available online at thegreenroomtheatre.org or by calling the Box Office at 828-464-6128 (open Wednesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
