Hickory – Hickory barbershop ensemble Just for Fun singer Bill Jones announced that the group will be offering Singing Valentines this year. For $50 the group will perform two songs appropriate to the occasion and present the recipient with a red rose and a digital photo of the event.
Profits will be donated to local charities. The valentines can be booked for Hickory, Bethlehem, Newton, Conover, and Mountain View. “Everyone loves getting a Singing Valentine,” Jones said. “Having it performed at a workplace adds to the pleasure.” Singers in the group are from Hickory, Bethlehem, Conover, Lenoir, and Statesville.
