Hickory – For many who have lost a child, their overwhelming sadness can be more intense by feeling alone in their grief. Carolina Caring will offer a 4-week support group for those who have lost a child under the age of 18. Inspired by the writings and teachings of Joanne Cacciatore, author of “Bearing the Unbearable,” we will learn from her journey as a bereaved mother creating a space to process and honor your grief.

This support group will meet virtually on February 5th and continue every Monday in February from 6:00pm until 7:00pm. Registration is required by January 29th and instructions for participating will be provided at that time.

To register, please visit CarolinaCaring.org/support, contact  [email protected] or call 828.466.0466, ext. 3201.
