Dallas, NC – Please Join Gaston County Parks and Recreation as we celebrate the Grand Opening of our Dallas Dog Park on Friday June 19, 2020 at Dallas Park. There is no admission fee and will have free promo items. The fun begins at 7pm and leashed canine friends are encouraged to be part of the event. This is a great social opportunity for your fur-babies!
The Dallas Dog Park is located in Dallas Park behind the previous Animal Care and Enforcement facility just before the lake. The 3 acre dog park consists of two separate enclosed areas for dogs over 25 pounds and less than 25 pounds.
A few dog rules include: dog must remain on leash at all times unless dog is inside the dog park, no aggressive dogs off leash, you are required to pick up after your dog with bags provided and rabies tag must be worn.
