Hickory – The RugBug Theatre at HCT will present their four final performances of Gabby’s Golden Goose, this Saturday and Sunday, March 10 and 11 with shows at 2:30 and 4:00pm. Tickets are $5 each, available at the door.
This fairy tale play is about a hardworking young girl who’s taken advantage of by her peers until she befriends a beggar woman. As a reward for her kindness Gabby receives a precious gift. She gets an even better surprise at the princess’ birthday party.
The RugBug Theatre at HCT is a “by kids for kids” program where young actors perform for young audiences. Actors’ ages usually range from 6-16 and audiences have children as young as three.
Admission is just $5 for all ages. Ticket sales are at the door only, first-come first-served.
HCT is a Funded Affiliate of the United Arts Council of Catawba County. The 2017-2018 Season is sponsored by Paramount Automotive and A Cleaner World. The RugBug Theatre is produced by Commscope, The Rotary Club of Hickory and Shurtape.
