Newton, NC – Auditions for Butterfly in Overalls will be held at The Green Room and those dates are Sunday February 4 at 7pm & Monday February 5 at 7pm. The director of the show is Molly Bass. Unless specified, roles are open to performers from all races/ethnicities and gender identities.

The rehearsal schedule will be so flexible with the actors it’s ridiculous.
This play was written 30 years ago and the playwright/director is very excited to make edits and updates so there will be changes made to the script during the rehearsal process – probably a little annoying but also really fun and exciting!
You must be available for all performances which are scheduled for April 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 2024 and a Producer’s night TBD. Please bring your list of rehearsal conflicts with you. You MUST be able to attend all of the tech week (the week before the show opens) unless in rare emergency cases an exception is approved before being cast by the director. All ethnicities are welcome.
