Hickory — Hickory Landmarks Society invites the community to an afternoon of fashion, food, music and fun at Couture For A Cause, a special fashion show fundraiser benefiting the organization’s ongoing efforts to preserve and celebrate Hickory’s historic places.
Couture For A Cause will be held Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Duke’s – Market on Main, 335 Main Ave. SW, Hickory, N.C.
The afternoon will feature a runway fashion show highlighting the work of special guest Cassidy Burel, custom apparel designer and owner of CassB by Design in Kernersville, North Carolina.
Guests will enjoy an elegant afternoon featuring a runway show, champagne, music, heavy hors d’oeuvres, door prizes and more while supporting the preservation work of Hickory Landmarks Society.
Fashion With a Purpose
Couture For A Cause brings together fashion and historic preservation for a unique fundraising experience. Proceeds from the event will benefit Hickory Landmarks Society and its work to preserve Hickory’s architectural and cultural heritage for future generations.
The organization has worked for decades to promote the preservation, restoration and appreciation of historically significant properties and places within the Hickory community.
