Hickory – Summer Sounds is a great program for beginners and experienced little musicians, ages 5-16 on June 3-7th, from 9:30-2:30pm!
Co-led by Hickory Music Factory Faculty, Maria Grosso and Sarah Goodson, this camp is a great opportunity for experienced and inexperienced alike: kids who have never played before will be introduced to basic music theory and exploring different instruments, while students who currently take (or have taken) music lessons will enjoy ensemble music appropriate for their skill level and dive deeper into music knowledge. Fun activities will merge the two groups daily, focusing on team building games, instruments scavenger hunt, music bingo, outdoor water games, music board games, music crafts and much more.
