Newton, NC — Only five more chances to experience Having Our Say: The Delany Sisters’ First 100 Years at The Green Room Community Theatre! This powerful and inspiring true story wraps up its run with performances on April 10, 11 & 12. Shows are at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with a 3 p.m. Sunday matinee (no performance on Easter Sunday).

Based on the remarkable real-life story of sisters Sadie and Bessie Delany, Having Our Say offers a moving and often humorous look at their 100 years of life, resilience and wisdom. Having grown up in the South and later lived in Raleigh, their story feels especially close to home for North Carolina audiences. Theatergoers have praised the production for its heartfelt performances, intimate storytelling and lasting impact.
