Bethlehem, NC – The Bethlehem Branch Library will feature Bethlehem Artist Kate Worm in a special exhibition of watercolor and gouache painting featuring over 20 studio works of Alexander County creeks.

The exhibition will hang from August 10th through September 28th with the Opening Reception on August 10th 5:30-7PM.  Kate Worm holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University Teachers College with minors in visual arts.  She paints landscape and still life with oil, but uses watercolor and gouache when painting on location.  She is represented by Art Source in Raleigh, Carlton Gallery in Banner Elk, Tyler White Gallery in Greensboro, and City Art Galley in Greenville, SC.

Kate is a Signature Member of the NWS and WSNC and has the honor of 1st place in the Watercolor Society of North Carolina 2010 Annual Exhibition.  She is represented by Art Source in Raleigh,  Carlton Gallery in Banner Elk, Tyler White Gallery in Greensboro, and City Art Gallery in Greenville, NC.
