Hickory — Redhawk Publications is proud to announce the release of “Beginnings,” an inspiring new anthology created by Hickory Career & Arts Magnet High School (HCAM) students, staff, and faculty in Hickory, North Carolina.
This magazine-style collection is a dynamic follow-up to 2024’s “The Heart of Poetry.” It expands beyond creative writing to include visual arts, theater arts, informative articles, recipes, and arts and crafts how-tos. “Beginnings” is a true collaboration highlighting the many talents within HCAM’s creative community.
“This anthology was designed to showcase and celebrate the diverse voices across all of HCAM’s academies,” offered Mr. Robert Brown, HCAM principal. “Beginnings is more than a book—it’s a testament to what happens when students and educators create together. With content that spans poetry, essays, and hands-on guides, there’s something for readers of all ages who appreciate the arts in all its forms.”
Proceeds from the sale of “Beginnings” will directly benefit the students, faculty, and staff at HCAM, supporting continued creative exploration and future projects.
