Conover, NC – The Carolina Style Chorus of Sweet Adelines International will hold its annual concert on Saturday, November 9th at 4pm at Trinity UCC Life Enrichment Center, 2nd St Conover, NC. Tickets are pre-sale only, $20 per person. Tickets include the concert and a homemade dessert buffet.
This year’s show has a Christmas theme and will also include our competition music that we are performing at the International Competition in Kansas City MO later this month. As the 5th highest scoring small chorus out of over 240 small choruses from around the world in 2023 we were invited to compete at the International competition this year.
The Carolina Style Chorus is currently the top scoring small chorus from Region 14, Heart of the Blue Ridge, which includes choruses from North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and parts of Georgia and Tennessee.
The Carolina Style Chorus members range in age from 18-75 who all share a love for music and singing four-part a Cappella barbershop harmony. The chorus holds weekly rehearsals on Thursdays in the Life Enrichment Center of Trinity UCC, 2nd St, Conover.
