Newton, NC – Get ready for laughter, friendship, and heartfelt moments as The Sweet Delilah Swim Club makes its way to The Green Room Community Theatre this Friday, Feb. 28! Written by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Jamie Wooten, this delightful comedy follows the lives of five women who have been meeting every year at a beach house for the last 40 years. Their strong bond, quick wit, and unwavering support for each other are tested through the ups and downs of life.
Directed by Hollie Sherrill and co-stage-managed by Sarah Kate Pedraza and Karen Sadlowski, The Sweet Delilah Swim Club features a talented cast, showcasing the enduring power of friendship. The show is rated PG for mild language and adult themes.
Performances will be held on Feb. 28, March 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9. Friday and Saturday shows begin at 7:30 p.m., with Sunday matinees at 3 p.m.
Tickets are available online at thegreenroomtheatre.org or by calling the box office at 828-464-6128 (open Wednesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Prices are $18 for adults, $16 for seniors, $14 for students, and $8 for children 12 and under, not including N.C. sales tax.
