NOW IN THEATERS:
Kneecap (***) A Belfast teacher is surprised to find himself in a rap group fronted by two of his students in this musical comedy based on a true story. The film is stylishly directed with great verve by Rich Peppiatt and features some robust musical sequences showcasing the film’s talent. Not quite a home run but interesting enough to keep one’s attention for all of its 105 minute run time.
Trap -Josh Hartnett is a serial killer on the loose in a concert venue, as a father and daughter slowly come to realize what is happening in M. Night Shyamalan’s latest.

Dragonheart (1996) The fantasy adventure featuring a dragon voiced by Sean Connery, who must save a village from a tyrant whose life he once saved, gets a 4K reissue in steelbook packaging from the label.
Hackers (1995) A young boy, banned from using his computer, discovers a plot to unleash a computer virus in this piece of 1990s nostalgia starring Angelina Jolie and Jonny Lee Miller and now being reissued as a 4K steelbook.
Bill and Ted’s Most Triumphant Trilogy (1989-2020) All three of the time traveling duo’s adventures are being issued together in a new box set in the 4K format with previous archival bonus material retained.
Also available are separate 4K releases of Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey (1991), wherein the duo find themselves threatened by look alike replacements and Bill and Ted Face the Music (2020), in which the duo deal with family issues in addition to the usual time travel plot.
Paramount:
Collateral (2004) Michael Mann’s Oscar winning thriller starring Jamie Foxx as a cab driver being forced to drive a hit man (Tom Cruise) to his next job gets reissued in a handsome new 4K steelbook. All of the previous bonus materials from the earlier standard 4K release have been retained.
