Hickory – Catawba Science Center Guild members announce their annual fundraiser the Italian Dinner and Auction, will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm at the Lake Hickory Country Club. First held in 1986, the Italian Dinner is CSC’s largest fundraiser with its success tied to generous donations from members and businesses throughout our community.
Now in its 37th year, the Italian Dinner and Auction is an evening filled with dancing, dining, live and silent auctions, games, and more! Tickets are available now for $100 per person or are included at higher levels of sponsorship packages.
This year’s emcees are Jay Brown of Jay Brown Real Estate and Dr. Matt Kirkland of New Directions Chiropractic! They will introduce live auction items ranging from travel excursions to orthodontics. The funds raised this year will focus on CSC’s aquarium renovation, raising the necessary funds to begin the design and feasibility study for the capital campaign.
Tickets for the Italian Dinner are limited and sell out each year. For information on attending, becoming a sponsor, providing a donation/auction item, or to learn more about joining the Guild please contact Lee Bogle, [email protected] or (828) 322-8169 x. 323.
