Hickory – The annual Chalk Our Walk sidewalk chalk event is scheduled for Friday, April 24, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This family-friendly art exhibition and contest is a great opportunity for community members of all ages to create chalk art pieces on the sidewalks in front of Highland Recreation Center.
Those who wish to reserve a 3-hour time block and a 10’ by 10’ space to design their masterpiece can register online at hickory.recdesk.com. One box of complimentary chalk will be provided with registration.
Prizes will be awarded to the top entry in the categories below:
